Community Clubhouse & Pool
The convenience of a kitchen, patio, grill area and restrooms by the pool make the Clubhouse a great place to relax on the weekends or reserve for your family get-togethers.
Relax with family and friends at the community pool. Bring your sunglasses and towels and leave worries of maintaining your own pool behind!
We have added some great new features to the Clubhouse area including a fire pit, splash zone and playground to provide year-round fun for the whole family!

Tennis & Basketball Courts
Whether you're a tennis pro or just a casual player, grab your partner and head to the Preserve at Laurel Lake's private courts for a match!
Basketball courts are another amenity you won’t find in many other communities in Lake City. Shoot some hoops with the kids or set up a regular weekly game to keep up your skills and get some great exercise.
The beautiful weather in North Florida is perfect for all day activity at the Preserve. If tennis and basketball aren't your style, the Preserve now has beach volleyball!
Jogging Paths & Nature Trails
The Preserve at Laurel Lake boasts over 3 and a half miles of sidewalks and nature trails!
The nature trails wind through the woods, the cypress forest, and meander near the fresh water creek, and along the fish-filled ponds. The trails conveniently begin and end at the Preserve clubhouse.
Since our community has many protected, natural areas, you will see plenty of wildlife here! Whether you want to go for a run on our pristine sidewalks or take a stroll on the dock to Laurel Lake, the Preserve is sure to delight!

Gated Boat & RV Parking
Don’t worry about where to park your boat or RV. At The Preserve, you will have convenient access to your toys at all times with the boat and RV parking. Keep them safe and close to home without crowding your own space
Annual Community Events
Each year we throw a Family Spring Festival complete with kayak races, bounce houses, fishing contest, and a free lunch!
